I like inventing weird little creatures no one quite knows how to define. Sometimes they're mushrooms, sometimes they're suspicious-looking mammals, and quite often they have something to do with birds.

Maybe more to the point, I enjoy illustrating, writing, photographing, animating these odd beings. They've appeared in university and museum publications (The McGill Daily, Behind the Roddick Gates, Science Stories), in various promotional material (Building 21, Crochet & Co.), and in my notebooks when I don't have anything else to do.
